Prof. Seong Ho Jeong

Prof. Seong Ho Jeong received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. He is currently Professor of Department of Information and Communications Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) and has led various government/industry projects as Principal Investigator in the areas of AI/ML, multimedia communications and applications including DL/Federated Learning, Blockchain, eHealth, wireless/mobile networks, 5G/future networks, QoS, QoE, home networks, cross-layer design, networked robot, mobility management, signaling, CCN/CDN, and others.

Dr. Kamrul Hasan

Dr. Kamrul Hasan holds the position of Postdoctoral Fellow within the Department of ICE at HUFS, South Korea. His expansive research portfolio encompasses a diverse array of domains, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Wireless Networks, Vehicular Communications (V2X), Content-Centric Networking (CCN), Information-Centric Networking (ICN), Blockchain, Device-to-Device (D2D) Communication, 5G/6G Networks, Future Internet Communication Systems, and the integration of AI within Mobile Networks.

Harun Ur Rashid

Harun Ur Rashid is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Information and Communications Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in South Korea. His research interests span various domains: AI/ML modeling and prediction, Wireless networks, 5G/6G mobile communication, image classification, reinforcement learning, and federated learning.




Myeongseop Yoon

Myeongseop Yoon is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Information and Communications Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in South Korea. His research interests span various domains including AI/ML modeling and prediction, Wireless networks, 5G/6G mobile communication, image classification, reinforcement learning, and federated learning.



Selamawit Chane

Selamawit Chane is a graduate student enrolled in the integrated Master's/Ph.D. program in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, South Korea, since 2023. Her research focuses on the application of deep learning models in next-generation wireless communication technologies, such as implementation of federated learning, recurrent learning and deep reinforcement learning algorithms in 5G/6G environment.



Md. Monirul Islam

Md. Monirul Islam is a PhD student in Information and Communication Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, South Korea. His research interests include AI/Machine learning, Medical Imaging, Object detection/Anomaly detection, performance evaluation, IoT and 5G/6G networks.



Mahelet Kumelachew Assefa

Mahelet Kumelachew is a Master's-PhD student in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, South Korea. Her research interests include 5G/6G networks, wireless networks, and the application of AI in mobile networks.



Loret Abiy Awoke

Loret Abiy Awoke is an M.S. candidate in the Department of Information and Communications Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS). Her research interests include 5G/6G networks, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), Wireless Networks, and Reinforcement Learning.



Woobean Seo

Woobean Seo is an M.S. candidate in the Department of Information and Communications Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in South Korea. His research interests span various domains: Embedded system, Deep learning model pipelining, Mobile edge computing, deep reinforcement learning, and real-time systems.



GaYoung Kim

GaYoung Kim graduated from the M.S. program in Information and Communication Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in August 2023. Her research interests span a variety of areas: AI/ML modeling and prediction, deep reinforcement learning, association learning, wireless networks, 5G/6G mobile communications, and edge computing.


Nayeon Kim

Nayeon Kim is an M.S. candidate in the department of Information and Communications Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in South Korea. Her research interests include 5G/6G networks, mobile edge computing (MEC), and federated learning.


Nadia Huda Tanha

Nadia Huda Tanha is an M.S. candidate in the department of Information and Communications Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in South Korea. Her research interests are future generation wireless networks including 6G and various AI/ML methods.
